Monique Abgottspon has been part of Empiricon for four years and is very familiar with our culture and working methods. Previously, she was Head of HR at the Department of Economic, Energy, and Environmental Affairs of the Canton of Bern and HR Manager at Allianz Suisse. The business economist, who specializes in human resources, organization, and marketing, has a broad professional foundation and most recently completed a CAS in Change Management, Organizational Consulting, and Development at the ZHAW.
